About the role

Reporting to the Marrickville Team Leader, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will focus on generating new business in the permanent recruitment space. Your key focus will be working with companies within manufacturing, warehousing and the logistics sectors, though you will have flexibility to work in other sectors. You will have access to a list of lapsed clients, but your core focus will be generating new business. 

You will gain success through:

About you

To be effective in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in end-to-end permanent recruitment.
  • A sales background.
  • Previous proven success generating new business.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Exposure to recruitment CRM packages is an advantage.
